T-board Signs
T-board residential signage includes a centre post fixing and either includes a square or rectangular board design. Shaped boards are also available dependent on your own design, branding and compliance with local government guidelines.
Constructed from two sheets of correx board, these are heat welded down the two vertical outside edges to enhance strength and then UV dried to help aid the bond of the boards and the print. Available as portrait or landscape the sign boards are robust, weatherproof, and durable. Often considered the strongest and most popular property sign option these are often used on properties with a frontage area.
Flag Board Signs
Flag boards as residential property signs consist of a board and post slotted down one side. These are typically rectangular but can be shaped portrait or landscape dependent on your own design, branding and to comply to local council guidelines.
Constructed from one sheet of thicker correx board, flag board property signs are printed double-sided and are UV dried to help aid the bond of the print ensuring the sign boards are robust, weatherproof, and durable. Often used to promote terraced properties or those with limited frontage space. These can be installed with a fixing flush to the property with the flag projecting from the wall.
V-board Signs
V-board residential signs consist of a v-shaped structure with two sides and edge fixtures, typically rectangular or square but can be partially shaped dependent on your own design, branding and compliance with local government guidelines.
Constructed from thicker correx, v-board property signs are printed, and scored to become a v-shape, to allow for fixings on two adjacent edges for attachment to a wall or window. The board is UV dried to help aid the bond of the print ensuring the sign boards are robust, weatherproof, and durable. Often used to promote terraced properties. These are fixed flush to the property with the v-board projecting from the wall.
Hangman Signs
Hangman board property signs are ‘gallows-style’ boards, typically rectangular or square but can be shaped dependent on your own design, branding and compliance with local government guidelines. Particularly popular for agents to promote prestige properties.
There are two types of hanging bracket that fit the arm of the hangman post; the first which allows the board to swing is standard and the second is a fixed bracket to minimise any movement.
