Recognition as Franchisee of the Quarter
This quarter we’re proud to announce that the winner is Craig Drever, Countrywide Signs Glasgow. Craig has been with us since July 2020. In a short period of time, he has built an impressive business. He’s expanded his coverage from Glasgow East to operate throughout the whole of Glasgow and its surrounding areas. Due to demand, in less than a year he has added a second van and driver. Craig hasn’t stopped pushing his business forwards and has literally left no stone unturned when it comes to opportunities. In fact, in just one week he managed to take on six new agents!
Having the Right Attitude Towards Business
Despite so much success through his growth strategy, its Craig’s attitude which has really impressed us. Countrywide Signs Director, Justin Pearce commented. “Craig’s general demeanour and approach to marketing his business has been exceptional. As a franchisor, we ensure our franchisees are given the support and guidance to grow and develop in their individual territory areas. Craig has taken on board our recommendations and embraced the tools made available. He is always a keen participant in our franchisee workshops providing invaluable input,” Justin continued. “Social media is a big marketing channel for us, and Craig has built connections and engaged with his audience making full use of the networking platform.”
Justin continued: “It hasn’t all been about how he embraces digital marketing, it’s also about the importance and attention he pays to his customers. During lockdown and in the midst of the pandemic, it was hard for businesses to interact face-to-face, but both before and after, Craig has continued to build those all-important relationships with his agents. In a recent Google Review he was described as a ‘Great guy, offering top class board service’. These testimonials about both his work ethic and him as an individual, speak volumes.”
